At Cordée Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit for your style, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Cordée Cases box to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
